Esta Lauren Resources provides specialist training to help individuals, executives, professionals, and leaders at various spheres build excellent communication skills. We believe that effective communication is a major driver for increased productivity in today’s workplace and social settings.

Esther Omodiagbe is a seasoned speech coach and corporate trainer with extensive experience in Effective Communication Skills training. She has handled Effective Communication Skills, Effective Business Writing, Public Speaking and Elocution programmes in leading organizations over the past ten years.

Through the crucible of her personal and work experience, Esta has acquired vital skills which have equipped her to help scores of individuals enhance their communicative competence.

She has a first degree in Mass Communication. She was also awarded a certificate in Communication Skills from the International Business Management Institute and has undergone series of training in Elocution, Business Writing, Presentation Skills and Business Communication.

Esther works with other highly competent consultants who offer various soft skills training.
